MEMORIES OF VICTORY
War is the shadow and light of human history. It is a test that tests the limits of spirit, strength and loyalty. But even in the darkest of times, art is born. Art that reflects the pain, courage, honor and memory of those who fought for the Motherland. Our exhibition, dedicated to Victory Day, invites you to look into history through the eyes of masters who create not only weapons, but also works of art.
“Victory Memory” is a tribute to those who defended their native land with weapons in their hands. It is a reminder that even in battle there is still room for beauty embodied in the blade of a sword, the pattern on the hilt of a dagger or the carving on the butt of a gun. A weapon born on the brink of life and death becomes a symbol of resilience and skill.
Russia is great and diverse. Different regions, with their traditions and culture, have contributed to the art of war. National costumes, unique forms of armor, ornaments on weapons – all this is a reflection of our diversity. In this exhibition we aim to bring together under one roof the art of warriors, craftsmen and artists from all over the country. This is an opportunity to show how war, despite its tragedy, becomes a source of inspiration for new creations.
We invite everyone – sculptors, painters, metal and textile artists – to join us. Your work, be it paintings, sculptures or reconstructions of military equipment, will tell a story of exploits, courage and memory. It is an art in which every stroke of the hammer and every brushstroke reminds us of the greatness of the defenders and the price they paid for peace.
