The exhibition “Urban Oases” explores the points of contact between nature and urban life. In the center of attention is an artistic study of urban parks and gardens as spaces where man and nature meet in the megacity. The works demonstrate the beauty and importance of green areas in the life of city dwellers.
The exhibition creates an atmosphere of tranquility and reflection on the “meeting of man and the
nature” in the bustling city, feeling like a “green island” or an oasis. The artworks will focus on parks, gardens, citizens’ environmental initiatives, green architecture and urban fauna. The exhibition combines different media, from traditional painting to interactive installations and digital art.
The visual language of the exhibition is built on contrast: bright greenery against the background of gray urban landscapes, calm natural forms among the geometry of the metropolis.
Directing and uncovering meanings:
- Green Islands: Exploring human-nature interactions in urban parks.
- Urban Gardening: Works focusing on the urban gardening movement, vertical gardens, and citizen environmental initiatives.
